There's no cost to use The Stride Benefits Platform to help your non-benefited employees save time and money on insurance, taxes, and more. There are 3 different plans depending on the size of your workforce, and each plan comes with a configurable, co-branded benefits portal, a fully stocked health & wealth marketplace, containers to feature your own perks and benefits, communication plans, & support for your workers.
Active participants are individuals who have created an account–which consists of a username and password–on The Stride Benefits Platform since your contract with Stride started, and who have logged in at least once in the last 12 months.
Yes! As long as you meet the minimum number of active participants over the course of a year, The Stride Benefits Platform is free for you to use to help your workers save money and time on insurance, taxes, local services and more.
If you fall short of the minimum number of active participants for your plan tier, then you'll be subject to a penalty. But our team would much rather help you get your workers engaged, so we'll work very closely with you to develop the right communication strategy to help your workers understand and take advantage of the offerings you're providing.
You earn credits that you can use to purchase premium Add-Ons that let you further customize your experience! You'll earn $500 for every 1,000 active participants above your target active participants for your plan.
Retailers, real estate firms, restaurants, gig economy firms and many other companies use Stride. Stride is perfect for any company that has populations of non-benefitted workers, whether they're independent contractors or part-time W2 workers.
We get paid a commission on some of the products your workers purchase through the Stride platform. Not every provider in our marketplace pays us a commission though, and our recommendation algorithms will always recommend what it calculates to be the best for your worker, regardless of whether or not we'll get paid a commission.
Every company and every population is different, so while we can't guarantee any particular results, we're pretty sure your non-benefitted workers are going to be very grateful that you're taking the time to help them save on some of their biggest and most stressful expenses.
We get most partners up and running in about 2 weeks. Once you've signed your contract, we'll schedule a kick-off call and walk you through the setup process.
